I had mixed feelings about my stay at this resort. The first room I received was not clean and had a broken mattress, which was disappointing given the price. However, after some negotiation, I was moved to a new room with a better mattress, and I appreciated that. The staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed, especially during my check-out. I enjoyed the larger room and the shuttle service to nearby attractions was timely. Still, the noise from the heavy doors slamming at night and the dining options could definitely use some improvement.

Our family had a delightful weekend at the resort. The indoor and outdoor pool areas were a big hit with the kids, and the varied activities kept everyone engaged. While the food was decent, the overall experience felt a bit dated, especially with some aspects of service and room restocking that need attention. Despite this, we felt we got good value for our time spent together as a family.
